Paper rollr breast roll is the first set of rollers on the paper making machine. Its function is to evenly distribute the raw material slurry over the entire width of the paper. The breast roller sprays the slurry evenly on the upper and lower layers of the paper through rotation and contact. The paper roll return roll is located at the rear of the paper making machine. Its main function is to turn the paper out of the water gauge so that the paper can enter the subsequent processing stage. There are many small rollers on the return roll, which push the paper out through rotation and friction to ensure that the paper will not be damaged during the subsequent processing.

Breast roll:

Roller body: The roller body is rolled with Q235A steel plate, and the rear roller is covered with rubber. The thickness of the rubber is 10mm, and the rubber hardness is 97±2″A”. Cast iron blind heads are used for hot sleeves at both ends of the roller body.
Shaft head: Material 45# steel, quenched and tempered; shaft neck 1:12 taper, hydraulic oil withdrawal hole is set with bearing grinding.
Bearing: 22232K. Rolling bearing, with bearing shell.

Return roll:
Specification: Φ700×4900×25mm
Roller body: The end is made of cast iron blind head and 45# round steel.
Shaft head: Material 45# steel, quenched and tempered; shaft neck 1:12 taper, hydraulic oil withdrawal hole is set with bearing grinding.
Bearing: 22236K, with bearing shell.
