Flotation Deinking Machine Work Process

Firstly, the pulp enters the non-blocking jet distributor through a pump under a certain feed pressure. Secondly, air carried by the distributor is dispersed into flotation bubbles of optimal diameter and is completely mixed with the suspension. Enter tangential flow. Then, in the first stage flotation device, the ink adsorbed on the bubbles floats on the surface of the liquid with the bubbles, enters the ink temporary storage tank under a certain pressure, and then is concentrated under a certain pressure and discharged outside. After flotation, the pulp enters a specially designed degassing chamber. After sufficient degassing, it enters the secondary flotation device and the cycle continues.
