High-Consistency Hydrapulper For Paper Pulping Machine

The paper bundle is fed into the high-consistency hydrapulper by the chain conveyor. The unloading of the high-consistency hydrapulper is continuously operated. The paper bundle is deconsolidated by adding water in the high-consistency hydrapulper. The deconsolidated pulp is pumped enter the unloading tank. Most of the light and heavy impurities in the high-consistency hydrapulper are thrown into the trash well.

1. The screen plate is made of heat-treated wear-resistant stainless steel, which is strong and durable to increase the use time. The screen holes adopt a special tapered hole design to prevent the pulp from being blocked easily.

2. The cylinder body and pumping chamber are made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.
