1. Headbox: An air-cushion headbox controls and stabilizes the sizing pressure head of the slurry on the Internet by controlling the gas pressure in the headbox.

2. Wire part: single fourdrinier
Main components: breast roll, forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box, vacuum couch roll, wire drive roll, wire leading roll and frame, etc., equipped with a forming wire.

3. Pressing part: divided into first pressing and second pressing. Both the first and second presses are equipped with felt leading roll and felt water suction boxes. Both the first pressing and the second pressing are pressurized by hydraulic cylinders.

4. Drying part: Φ1800 drying cylinder, group transmission, each group is equipped with dryer wire and wire leading roll. Equipped with semi-enclosed air hood.

5. Inclined surface sizing machine: equipped with chrome-plated metal roll and rubber-coated metal roll. The surface sizing machine pressurizes corrugated pneumatic tires.

6. Reeling part: pneumatic horizontal paper reeling machine.
