3570mm Tissue Paper Machine

Our tissue paper machine can flexibly adjust the paper type and basis weight, suitable for the production of 11-28 gsm tissue paper. Equipped with a 3570 mm cylinder dryer surface width and a 3550 mm reel width, it ensures the quality and efficiency of the produced paper.

Based on the use of commercial wood pulp as raw material, our tissue paper machine can achieve a production capacity of 80 tons per day to meet your large-scale production needs. At the same time, according to the type and requirements of paper, we provide services with a maximum reel diameter of 2500 mm to meet the needs of different customers.

The proportion of cellulose raw materials was taken into consideration during the design to ensure the stability and quality of paper during the production process. At the same time, the design speed is up to 1700 m/min, the working speed is between 1000-1650 m/min, and the balance speed can reach 1800 m/min, ensuring production efficiency and product quality.
