The high-strength corrugating machine we provide to customers has a production capacity of 300t/d and a width of 5000mm. The specific process flow is as follows.

Air cushion headbox → Two layer wire part (22+8 meters) → vacuum pipetting → Two presses with φ1500 large roll diameter → Thread cylinder → 6 single-hanging cylinders (arranged in 3/3) → 18 sets of double-arranged 1800mm dryer groups (arranged by 8+10) → Inclined sizing machine (1100/1105 mm ) → 12 sets of double row 1800mm drying cylinder group (one group) → Calender → B/M meter → Horizontal winder (1100 mm )
